Admin Users: Add New Admin Panel Users and Manage Permissions

How to invite and manage users in the Last.app Admin Panel

From the Admin Panel, you can create user accounts with custom access levels and permissions based on their role in your organization. This helps ensure secure and organized management, tailored to your operations.

Where to manage users

  1. Access the Admin Panel.
  2. Go to the Users section.
InfoInfo: If you don’t see the “Users” section and have more than one location, make sure you’re managing from the main organization level.

How to invite a new user

Follow these steps:
  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Users page and click the “+” icon.
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  3. Choose whether they will be an Administrator:
    • This option grants full access and enables all permissions for all locations.
  4. Select the locations they should have access to (if you manage multiple venues).
  5. Customize their permissions.
  6. Click Invite.

Available permissions

  • View all locations
    Allows the user to access panels for multiple locations.
  • Access location management
    Ideal for giving access to location-specific data, such as reports (e.g. for an accountant).

  • Access organization management
    Grants access to organization-wide settings and information.

  • Can modify permissions
    Enables the user to change permissions for other team members.
